Regular Channels of Communication
Through this system and following the steps described below, any member of the TCS community may approach School staff directly and present a request, claim, complaint or suggestion.

Through this system, both members of the TCS community and third parties may file petitions/consultations, complaints, claims and suggestions (PQRS) by filling out the following form.
ETHIC LINE
Through this system, all members of the TCS community and third parties may report to an independent external third party in a confidential manner, any irregular situation that attempts against the transparency of the institution.
CHILD PROTECTION
Through this system, any member of the TCS community may report situations or facts that allegedly violate or attempt against fundamental rights of minors that are students at the school.
